9:00 AM - 9:50 AM	LIFT - 7/11 *Longevity in Functional TrainingIn this 50 minute class, participants will be put through a variety of circuit based workouts, using bodyweight, pushing, pulling, and stepping movements, with equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells and much more! This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!

This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!
