Young men and women set out on a friendly race


*Longevity in Functional Training

In this 50 minute class, participants will be put through a variety of circuit based workouts, using bodyweight, pushing, pulling, and stepping movements, with equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells and much more! This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!
