*Longevity in Functional TrainingIn this 50 minute class, participants will be put through a variety of circuit based workouts, using bodyweight, pushing, pulling, and stepping movements, with equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells and much more! This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!
 
10:00 AM - 11:00 AM    Basic Yoga - Session 2 Fall 2024
In this class we will learn beginner yoga poses while working our way up to a yoga flow. We will practice getting in and out of yoga poses with proper alignment while learning how to use yoga props for support.
 
12:00 PM - 2:30 PM    Little Explorers - Session 2 Fall 2024
Little minds will explore the many different things that can happen when you do experiments. Come make a volcano, learn to color, make your own pasta, and much more!!!If there are no spots left please add yourself to the waitlist!

These classes are for children Grades K-5 (Fall 2024). Each week kids will be cooking and playing board games while adding recipes to their cookbook.

6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Pilates - Session 2 Fall 2024
Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. In this class you will utilize your own body weight. The instructor will incorporate some props in some classes such as free weights, therabands, and a small ball.  Participants will be asked the week before a class if weights (up to 3lbs.) will be needed the following week. A mat, towel or small pillow, and water will be needed weekly.
