LIFT - 11/25 *Longevity in Functional TrainingIn this 50 minute class, participants will be put through a variety of circuit based workouts, using bodyweight, pushing, pulling, and stepping movements, with equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells and much more! This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!

Basic Yoga - Session 2 Fall 2024 In this class we will learn beginner yoga poses while working our way up to a yoga flow. We will practice getting in and out of yoga poses with proper alignment while learning how to use yoga props for support.
