  This is a fun and exciting program that will introduce games such as red light-green light, duck duck goose, tag, parachute games and MORE!!Come have an ACTIVE and fun time with your child in a safe and controlled environment.If there are no spots left please add yourself to the waitlist!
 
4:45 PM - 6:30 PM    Food For Thought - Winter 2026 Session 2
These classes are for children Grades K-5. Each week kids will be choosing what they are cooking and playing board games while adding recipes to their cookbook.The classes will be held on WEDNESDAYS!
 
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    Pilates - Winter 2026 Session 2
Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. In this class you will utilize your own body weight. The instructor will incorporate some props in some classes such as free weights, therabands, and a small ball.  Participants will be asked the week before a class if weights (up to 3lbs.) will be needed the following week. A mat, towel or small pillow, and water will be needed weekly.
 
7:30 PM - 9:30 PM    Adult Volleyball Ages 21+ - 2025-2026
This program is for BETHEL residents ONLY.  This is an informal pickup league, and will be held at the Municipal Center gym.PROOF OF RESIDENCY MAY BE REQUIRED.

This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!
