Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. In this class you will utilize your own body weight. The instructor will incorporate some props in some classes such as free weights, therabands, and a small ball. Participants will be asked the week before a class if weights (up to 3lbs.) will be needed the following week. A mat, towel or small pillow, and water will be needed weekly.

This is an open gym/free play activity, where your child will have an opportunity to burn off some energy with all their friends.Activity stations will be set out in the gym, and children will have the freedom to move to each activity.
