9:00 AM - 9:50 AM	LIFT - 6/30 *Longevity in Functional TrainingIn this 50 minute class, participants will be put through a variety of circuit based workouts, using bodyweight, pushing, pulling, and stepping movements, with equipment including kettlebells, dumbbells and much more! This full body workout will help build upper/lower body strength, stability and balance. You do not have to be active to participate, and the workouts can be scaled for all fitness levels!

Coach Turek will bring along numerous players from the Wildcat program throughout the week.The camp will offer an opportunity to meet and interact with Bethel High School players. Learn the drills and strategies utilized within the BHS baseball program. The camp emphasizes fundamental development, team play, attitude, concentration and effort. The goal is to have each individual player leave camp a stronger baseball player and a better leader both on and off the field.
