Pilates - Spring 2024 Session Mat Pilates helps build a strong, balanced body and increases flexibility. As you progress you will notice improvements in breathing, focus, stress management, and body awareness. In this class you will utilize your own body weight. The instructor will incorporate some props in some classes such as free weights, therabands, and a small ball. Participants will be asked the week before a class if weights (up to 3lbs.) will be needed the following week. A mat, towel or small pillow, and water will be needed weekly.
