Train in a group with the same goals in an 10 week program to run an 8k at the 59th Annual John Demille July 4th Road Race!! This program will progress participants from walking to running with a goal of completing the the 8K!

RCAA Allison Lynch Level I certified coach. 18 year runner and completed over 20 half and full marathons ready to coach you to success.

Bethel Run Club will meet at the High School track!
