Group of women doing squat exercises
Break a sweat and tone your body the low-impact way! The class will start with kickboxing (no jumping or shuffling) followed by exercises to strengthen your core and upper/lower body. We will use light weight and bands as well as body weight to shape and tone. Low-impact options make this class perfect for all fitness levels.

What to Bring
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!

Wear comfortable clothes
Water bottle
